Our wilderness homesites range in size from two to six acres and offer power, high-speed internet, water, and fire suppression, and road and snow management as facilitated by the HOA. The neighborhood has a very diverse set of lots; some Creekside at ~5,500ft elevation, and some up 600+feet higher on the hill in block 3.
